Cookie policy

A cookie is a small file a site places on your device and reads back later. The same rules apply to the technologies that stand in for one: local storage, invisible pixels, browser fingerprints.

This page says what fadalille.fr places. The short answer is: nothing.

What this site sets

No cookies. The site sets no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie and no social-network pixel, and writes nothing to your browser's local storage. It gives you no identifier and does not know, from one visit to the next, that you have been here before.

Two practical consequences. You are shown no consent banner, because there would be nothing in it to accept or refuse. And the site's typefaces are served from our own domain rather than by a third-party provider: opening a page sends a request to nobody but us.

The outside services

Two services we do not publish are embedded in the site and can write something to your browser. In both cases these are trackers strictly necessary to the service you asked for or to its security, which article 82 of the French Data Protection Act exempts from consent.

  • Zenchef SAS — booking module. The module sits on every page but stays shut until you call on it. When you open it to book, Zenchef SAS may set the trackers the booking needs: remembering which step you are on, guarding against automated submissions. The detail is in their cookie policy.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot check. The check runs only at the instant you submit the contact form, the newsletter form or a quotation enquiry, never on reading a page. It exists to verify that a submission comes from a person. Cloudflare, Inc. states that it does not use this information for advertising tracking.

To which are added, but only if you click, the cookies of the sites we link to: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Maps. These are links, not embedded content — nothing is loaded from those services while you stay here.

What you can set

Even where a site sets nothing, your browser leaves you in control of cookies generally: block them, accept only those of the site you are on, erase the ones already stored.

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking everything can stop the booking module from working, since it needs to remember where you are in the process. You can always book by calling 06 70 33 85 29.

If this changes

This page is updated before any tool that would set a cookie goes live, not after.

If such a tool did not fall under an exemption, you would be shown a banner to accept or refuse it — with refusing as simple, as visible and as immediate as accepting. For as long as this page says there is nothing, there is nothing.

How we handle the data you deliberately give us is described instead in our privacy policy.
